La ville propose en saison estivale des marchés supplémentaires sur sa promenade centrale, d’une très bonne renommée. The 3 markets in Sérignan
Whatever the season, you’ll find Sérignan’ s traditional fruit and vegetable markets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday on the Allées de la République (7.30 a.m. to 1 p.m.). If you’re visiting during the summer season from July to August, you’ll find two of the region’s major markets:
- The Producers’ Night Market: a treasure trove for the taste buds! Discover a wide selection of gourmet products from local farmers in a festive atmosphere. Catering on site. Every Thursday from 6 p.m. Place des Anciens Combattants near the Promenade.
- Les Mardis des Arts is a craft market where some fifty exhibitors showcase their skills. Every Tuesday from 6 p.m. on the Promenade Allées de la République.

Valras market
Valras-Plage market: Halles Marty, rue Charles Thomas, Tuesdays to Sundays out of season, and every day in summer, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. In addition, the open-air market complements the traditional market stalls with a wider choice of products (clothing, local produce, etc.).
Popular with holidaymakers, the open-air market expands in summer to the Valras port parking lot. You’ll find it every Monday and Friday, at the same times as the classic market.
Cap d’Agde market
With its different atmospheres, the town of Agde is full of markets of all kinds.
- The Cap d’Agde food markets are open in the mornings from June to September. The best is the Tuesday market in the old port area, where you can find fresh fish and seafood directly from the local fishery.
- Agde’s markets are diverse and varied. All year round, on Thursday mornings, various food, clothing and flower markets are held in the town’s squares. In summer, head for the Tamarissière area, which hosts two lovely markets on Wednesdays, one in the morning and the second in the evening from 6 pm.
- Grau d’Agde’s traditional market is held year-round on Place de la République, on Thursday and Sunday mornings, and every day from April to September. In high season, it moves to the seafront with another market, the Grau d’Agde night craft market. The latter only takes place on Monday evenings in summer.
