Is the Campsite safe and supervised?

Our Campsite is fully fenced and secure, with all parking lots within the grounds and gates closed from midnight to 6am.
All year round we have security guards on site 24/7.
In high season we have a security guard on site day and night.
We also have surveillance cameras at the main activity points on the Campsite.
The aquatic area is supervised daily in July and August by a lifeguard.

Is there a recharging point on the Campsite?

The Campsite has 2 charging stations.

Can I arrive outside reception opening hours?

In the off-season, you can arrive until 10:30 pm, and in July and August until midnight.
Please let us know before 6 pm so that we can prepare for your arrival and give you instructions on how to proceed. We have wardens on site to welcome you.

Can we leave outside reception opening hours?

You can leave outside reception opening hours.
Please let us know by 6pm the day before. We’ll tell you where to leave your keys when you leave.

Are pets allowed on the Campsite?

Only dogs (except those in 1ʳᵉ category) are accepted at an additional charge. Only one dog per rental unit is allowed.
They must be tattooed/chipped and their vaccinations up to date (passport to be presented). They must be kept on a leash and must not be left alone in the accommodation. They are not allowed near the swimming pool or in the buildings. Owners must pick up after their pets. Cats are forbidden.

Am I allowed to invite family or friends to my Mobile home? If so, is there a charge?

For the comfort and safety of our guests, we only accept visitors in low season. These visitors, up to a maximum of 4 people, must be invited by holidaymakers residing on site. They must present themselves at reception with proof of identity and pay a fee to obtain a wristband giving them access to the Campsite and its facilities. Their vehicle must remain parked outside the Campsite.

Can I put a tent next to my Mobile home?

Tents are not permitted on mobile home pitches.

Do I have to pay a deposit at the time of installation?

A deposit of 200€ is required on arrival. An inventory of fixtures will take place after your departure, and if no problems are observed, the deposit will be returned or destroyed. If a problem is found, photos will be sent to you and the deposit returned, less the cost of restoring the premises and the value of any damaged or missing equipment. The sum of 95€ will be deducted from the deposit if the accommodation is not in a satisfactory state of cleanliness on the day of departure. If the tenant does not wish to clean the accommodation on departure, he/she must notify reception on arrival and pay the €95 cleaning fee.

Do I need to make an appointment for the rental departure?

It is not necessary to make an appointment for the inventory of fixtures unless you want it to be done in your presence.
Otherwise, you can return the keys to us when you leave, an inventory of fixtures will be carried out and in the event of a problem, you will be contacted and photos will be sent to you.

Is there a launderette on the Campsite?

The Campsite has a launderette open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. We lend ironing boards and irons free of charge.

Are barbecues allowed on the Campsite?

Charcoal and gas barbecues are not permitted on the Campsite. Barbecues can be hired from reception.

Is there wifi at the Campsite?

Wifi is available throughout the Campsite. It is provided by an operator, all packages are available on their platform and you pay directly online on their interface.

What time do I have to return the Mobile home?

Rentals must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

How late can I drive into the Campsite?

For the safety and comfort of our guests, the entrance gates are closed from 00:30 to 6:00. If you need to go out after 12:30 a.m., remember to take your car out first, and if you are returning during the closing period, you can leave your car parked at the Campsite entrance.

Are visitors welcome?

What are the arrival and departure times?

Rentals are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. You can arrive earlier so that we can take care of arrival formalities and so that you can take advantage of the Campsite facilities. Your car must be parked outside the Campsite. If your rental is available earlier, we will be happy to inform you so that you can settle in.

Can I choose my pitch or mobile home?

When you make your booking, please let us know your choice of pitch and any constraints you may have, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Is wearing a bracelet compulsory?

The bracelet given to you on arrival must be worn permanently on your wrist throughout your stay and returned on departure. It gives access to the Campsite, its swimming pool and its activities.
Any lost bracelet will be billed at €10.

Can we bring our own barbecue?

Only electric barbecues are permitted on pitches. Please note, however, that depending on the device you use, this may cause your mobile home to trip.

Are minors accepted?

Unaccompanied minors are not allowed on the Campsite.

When can I get my deposit back?

Your deposit will be forfeited within 48 hours if no deterioration is noted during the inventory of fixtures after your departure. Any damage, tears and/or stains not reported on the day of your arrival will be deducted from your deposit. The sum of 95 € will be deducted from the deposit in the event that the state of cleanliness of the accommodation is not satisfactory on the day of departure.

What to do if you arrive late?

Do you offer cleaning packages?

It is possible to take the 95 € cleaning package. This option does not include depositing your garbage in the containers or washing up.

What are the pool dimensions?

The pools are 140 cm deep, the paddling pool 30 cm. We also have whirlpool baths.

Are swimming shorts allowed?

For obvious reasons of hygiene, as in public swimming pools, swimming shorts and wetsuits are forbidden.
